Shipping
The stated “Production Lead Time” shown on each product page indicates the actual time the order will take to produce and is based on working days (not including weekends and holidays). It does not include delivery time to your location. This production lead time does not start until we have all your order information and approvals on artwork. Once all information and approvals are received, we will schedule your order within the stated production lead time. You will receive an order acknowledgement showing the expected ship date. If you have concerns about an order arriving in time for an event date, do not hesitate to contact us to make arrangements to get you your order on time!
Delivery
Delivery is the amount of time it takes to get your order to you once it ships. This varies depending on your location and the delivery method you choose at checkout. Most orders within the US can be delivered in 1-4 working days. Again, do not hesitate to contact us should you have concerns about an order arriving in time for your event.
