Order Return, Replacement, Refund Policy
We make every effort to ensure your order is correct when shipped and is received as expected.  However, if for some reason we miss something and your order is not correct, please let us know and we will do what we can to make it right.  Return requests on custom orders must be made within 10 working days after completion and/or ship date.  Due to the custom nature of all orders, we will accept returns for the following reasons only:
  1. Defective garment/item
    • Does not include incorrectly ordered sizes, product color variations out of our control, sizing variations out of our control, or other factors out of our control including damage incurred after shipment.
  2. Print that does not meet our print standards or tolerances
    • Examples: blemishes, smudges 
    • Does not include ink color variations out of our control including fading or damage caused by normal wear and tear, washing, and drying.
  3. Errors made by 2impress such as incorrectly packaged or produced item. 
    • Examples: incorrect product color, incorrect ink color (i.e. you specified a green print and received black; this does not include shade variances out of our control)
Return requests made within 10 working days after order completion/ship date can be remade or refunded per customer preference.  We will provide a return merchandise authorization ("RMA") number for you to include when returning the incorrect items. Returns will not be accepted without a 2impress issued RMA number.
Remakes will be made at no charge for exact remake only; any changes in sizes, colors, styles, etc. are not allowed.  Production lead time on remakes will be per our standard lead time for that item.  
Refunds will be refunded to credit card if credit card was used for payment.  
Absolutely NO REMAKES OR REFUNDS after 10 working days of order completion/ship date for any reason.   Acceptance of any return is at the sole discretion of 2impress.
